Tiare Lando

Tiare Lando, former Mrs. Hawai'i International in 2015, now serves as the Director of the Hawai'i International Pageant System. Through various leadership roles in the community

she continues to make a local, national and international impact to empower people to live & give their legacy! Tiare, originally from Oahu, Hawaii, carries the Aloha spirit in everything she does including being a National TV Host for the American Dream showcasing the island lifestyle that she empowers others to experience. Besides her work in non-profit & pageantry sectors, she's also a successful entrepreneur in real estate with her work being highlighted in Modern Luxury Magazine, Wall Street Journal, Mansions Global to name a few. Her vision is to promote pageants as more than just a competition – she wants them to be a platform for personal & community development. Through her efforts, Tiare is seen as a leader who's dedicated to building a culture of hope, purpose, and positive impact with from Hawai’i to the Nations.

 

Greg Brinkley

Greg Brinkley is a proud Christian, husband, & father. He serves as the Chief Development Officer for Vogel, a charity on a mission to help young children and their families prevent & overcome the lasting and traumatic effects of homelessness and poverty.  He and his team raise millions of dollars each year to help families in Dallas break the cycle of poverty and rebuild their lives. He works diligently to engage philanthropists, business leaders, community leaders, and citizens of North Texas to Vogel’s mission. Greg is the author of "The Pursuit of Growth - A Lifestyle to Flourish in Today's World." He is passionate about fitness, adventure sports, music, personal development, and traveling. Greg aspires to live life with the purpose to inspire individuals to pursue their dreams and accomplish their goals. 

Natalie McLarty

Natalie McLarty is the former Mrs. Texas International 2010. She has been married for 28 years to her husband Travis McLarty. They have 4 amazing young adult children, a daughter-in-law and their first grandchild who is 6 months old. Natalie and her husband own and manage their company McD Trailers in Victoria, Tx where Natalie is a 5th generation Victorian. If Natalie is not at work you will find her working out at her local gym or hanging out and enjoying time with family and friends.Natalie enjoys meeting new people and loves to travel. She is so excited with her ever growing family and is very thankful for her many blessings and looks forward to what life has ahead.

Matt Gonzales

Matt Gonzales is the Chief Financial Officer for SLR Medical Consulting, a nationwide distributor of spinal implants and biologics. He is also a partner at Zapalac Acquisition Partners, a boutique investment back focused on leveraged buyouts. He previously worked in private equity with Hastings Equity Partners. Matt was born in Houston, Texas. He moved to Dallas in 2021 and can settle the argument “Which is better, Houston or Dallas”. The answer is “Dallas”. Matt is passionate about business and is actively involved in several other industries including, spirits, manufacturing, and telemedicine.

Solange Tuyishime Keita

Solange currently serves as the President and CEO of Elevate International, which is a charitable organization based in Ottawa. She is the Co-Founder of Naylah’s Legacy and a UNICEF Canada Ambassador. In her role as UNICEF Canada Ambassador since 2010, Solange has served as spokesperson for National UNICEF Day in Canada and keynote speaker at several of UNICEF’s national and international events, she has been actively advocating for children’s rights to a quality education and access to clean water for many years. For over 12 years, she has the opportunity to continue to meet, empower brave and inspiring girls worldwide. Through her determination and resilience that the story of her life would not be one of tragedy, Solange has worked hard to be a role model for our society. Today she a recipient of various awards in recognition of her national and global contribution and achievements, which includes the title of Mrs. Canada International 2019, 40 under 40 award, Queen Elizabeth II Diamond Jubilee Medal, the Businesswoman of the Year award and most recently the Order of The City.
